DRINK WATER!
It may seem like a no-brainer, but drink a ton of water on hot summer days to avoid dehydration. It’s not always easy to get all the ounces in, every single day. But keep in mind some of these hacks, which will make it go a whole lot easier. Drink up!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

SIP SPORTS DRINKSIf you’re out in the heat

playing sports, sip on Gatorade or other sports drinks to keep your electrolytes up.

 

 

 

 

 

COCONUT WATER
Sick of plain old water? Grab some coconut water. It, too, contains electrolytes and is super hydrating on particularly hot days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EAT FRUIT!
